I would love to have the opportunity to get to know other pets. While I haven't taken care of other dogs that are not my own, I think this would be a lot of fun for me. We care about your dog’s safety and comfort. We encourage you to bring your pup’s own food to maintain their regular diet and avoid any digestion issues. You may consider bringing a little extra food for boarding as they burn a lot more calories in play than they typically do at home! If you forget your food for meals – no worries! We have in-house food for your convenience.
Your dog can make a splash in our specifically designed dog pool! We have an easy access beach front entry into our 3 1/2 foot deep center, or they can dive in from the deck, or just frolic in the fountains. Our 1/2 acre leash free backyard also provides great entertainment with chasing tennis balls, running with the other guests, catching a Frisbee or just catching rays on our sundeck.
To assure your pet's safety and security while being transported to the Plantation Pet Resort, your pet is required to be wearing a snugly fitting collar attached to a strong leash. (In the event you do not have one or both, they can be purchased inexpensively at the Bow-Tique.) We do not accept pets with a Flexi Lead leash. You need to have a traditional leash. We also do not accepts pets in harnesses except in breeds prone to collapsable tracheas such as small poodles and pugs.
