Your dog can make a splash in our specifically designed dog pool! We have an easy access beach front entry into our 3 1/2 foot deep center, or they can dive in from the deck, or just frolic in the fountains. Our 1/2 acre leash free backyard also provides great entertainment with chasing tennis balls, running with the other guests, catching a Frisbee or just catching rays on our sundeck. 
Does my dog Remember me?

^{Your pet starts his day every morning at 7:30 am when we let all our guests out into our two play yards for large and small dogs, where they run and play for the next 2 hours while the resort staff gathers all the old food, water & bedding, thoroughly cleans your pet's suite and then puts down clean bedding, fresh food and water. At this time, everyone comes back in for breakfast, which is usually followed by a mid-morning nap. Throughout the rest of the day your pet is outside playing another 4 to 5 times during the day, usually at least for a half-an-hour, with the last play session usually around 10:00pm. (We play T.V., DVDs or the radio, especially in the evenings, to soothe your pet and give him the sense of home.)}

It happens to the best of us—we have to go out of town or work on a big job and there’s no one to look after the dog. Thankfully, there are a fair number of dog boarding opportunities for your dog near your home. Dog boarding kennels provide your dog a safe and secure place to call their home away from home while you are away. Dog boarding is sometimes accompanied by other services, such as dog training and dog grooming.

Our Oviedo pet resort houses your pet in an air conditioned and heated suite that is 4'X 6'. At the back of that is a door operated by a cable that allows your pet access to a spacious adjoining shaded outside run that is 4'X12'. At the end of this second outside run is a chain link gate that opens into a very large, fenced & grassy play area. This is where your dog has all the fun!
Our dog daycare facilities include a variety of fun playrooms that provide everything an active pup needs, including space and supervision. Our climate-controlled playrooms are grouped by size, personality and play style to make sure your dog is safe and comfortable. As your dog ages, grows, and develops, they may switch playrooms as their confidence builds and/or play preferences change.

Do dogs miss their owners?

To assure your pet's safety and security while being transported to the Plantation Pet Resort, your pet is required to be wearing a snugly fitting collar attached to a strong leash. (In the event you do not have one or both, they can be purchased inexpensively at the Bow-Tique.) We do not accept pets with a Flexi Lead leash. You need to have a traditional leash. We also do not accepts pets in harnesses except in breeds prone to collapsable tracheas such as small poodles and pugs.

KETCH was established in 1995 IN Tampa, we offer doggy daycare, boarding & training. Located in Citrus Park area on 10 acres. Close to the city and in the country setting. Owners live on property. 32 Cameras are on owners phone and wired to the house. Trainers are highly educated in dog behavior and are hands on the entire business. Your dog will be in the best hands.
